Common questions
Where is my progress saved?
On your iPhone, as you play. You don't need to save or sign in. Deleting the game deletes your progress.
I'm stuck inside a building or a wall.
Stand still for a few seconds: the game puts you back on the nearest clear ground.
The van went into the water.
It's lifted back to the last dry road on its own.
What do I do next?
The card at the top of the screen always says the one thing to do next. Tap it for more, or open the phone (bottom right) for the full list of jobs.
Can I turn the sound or vibration off?
Yes: open the phone, tap Settings in its top bar, and set music, effects, ambience and vibration as you like.
Can I start again?
Yes: in Settings, choose "Start again from the beginning". It asks before it wipes anything, and your photos are kept.
The game feels slow or my phone gets warm.
In Settings, turn on Battery saver: the game runs at 30 frames a second and uses less power.
