Hard Hat Graft: licence (EULA)
Last updated: 23 October 2026
Hard Hat Graft ("the game") is licensed to you, not sold, by Stu Crompton ("the licensor").
1. Apple's standard licence
Your use of the game is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("the standard EULA"), which applies to apps downloaded from the App Store. The licensor is the "Application Provider" under that agreement.
2. The game's own terms
The game's terms of use and privacy policy also apply. Where they differ from the standard EULA, the standard EULA takes precedence, and nothing in them takes away rights the standard EULA or the law gives you.
3. In short
- You may install and play the game on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store's usage rules allow.
- You may not copy, sell, rent, modify or reverse-engineer it, or extract its art, music or sounds.
- The game, its name and its content belong to the licensor and to the creators named in its credits.
- Apple is not responsible for the game or for supporting it: questions go to the licensor.
