Is it free for customers?
Yes, completely. No fee to post, no fee to receive quotes, no fee to choose. You only ever pay the tradesperson you hire, and you agree that price with them directly.
Do I need the app to post a job?
No. You can post from this website and your quotes arrive by email. The app is there if you want it, with the same job, the same quotes and messaging with your chosen trade.
How do quotes arrive?
Each quote comes to you by email and, if you have the app, as a notification. You see the trade, their standing among other trades, their real work and a starting price. The final price is agreed after a site visit.
What if I do not like any of the quotes?
Then you do not choose any of them. There is no obligation and nobody chases you. You can leave the job open for more quotes or close it whenever you like.
Is it UK only?
Job posting is UK only for now. The community side of the app is open to trades anywhere, but quotes on posted jobs come from tradespeople working in the UK.
