What happened
- Rated People entered liquidation on 16 September 2026.
- Trade memberships were closed the same day, with no notice.
- Checkatrade bought the brand and the website on 17 September and now routes its jobs to Checkatrade members.
- Trades who prepaid an annual subscription are unsecured creditors of the old company.
