End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and HARDHATWAY LTD ("Hard Hat Way", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Hard Hat Way mobile application (the "App") on iOS and Android. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Licence Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the App on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this EULA and our Terms of Service.

2. Licence Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or attempt to extract its source code
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Sublicence, rent, or lend access to the App to any third party

3. Ownership

The App and all associated intellectual property rights (including but not limited to code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and trade names) are and remain the property of HARDHATWAY LTD. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the App. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload to Hard Hat Way. By posting content, you grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute it within the platform as described in our Terms of Service.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Hard Hat Way offers free and paid features. The following terms apply to all paid subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings at any time
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Current subscription plans and pricing are displayed within the App. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HARDHATWAY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your licence at any time if you breach any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. You may also terminate this EULA at any time by deleting the App from your devices.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for any third-party content, services, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Apple and Google Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to this EULA but is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce its terms. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty for the App. If you downloaded the App from Google Play, Google Play's terms of service also apply.

12. Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App from time to time. Some updates may be required for continued use. We are not obligated to provide any updates or continued support for the App.

13. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.

14. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or any other jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in this EULA affects your statutory rights under those laws.
