How you pay
Subscriptions are bought and managed in the app through Apple or Google today. That means your card details go to them, not to us, and cancelling is done the same way as any other subscription on your phone.
The prices here match the App Store and Google Play listings word for word.
Questions about paying
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings on your phone. Your Pro features run until the end of the period you have paid for and then stop. Nobody rings you.
What happens to my profile if I stop paying?
Nothing. Your profile, your posted work, your SiteCred standing and your history all stay exactly as they are. You go back to the free tier: three quotes on posted jobs a month, unlimited direct requests, and the whole community side.
Is there a contract?
No. Pro and Pro Verified are monthly or yearly subscriptions you can cancel whenever you like. There is no minimum term and no notice period.
Do customers pay?
No. Posting a job, receiving quotes and choosing a trade is free for customers, and it stays that way. The only money on this platform comes from trades and businesses who choose to pay for Pro, and it is written on this page.
